My utterly draining/boring week...
Hi:
Well, Wednesday was the first B day of two in a row. History and Web Page Development were boring. In History we took notes, and in Web Development we started on Macromedia Fireworks and then I worked really hard on my web page. Wednesday in Spanish we worked on preterite vs. imperfect. That is really tough!! I then went to Algebra II, where we are currently learning a really tough topic (at least for me - it's all visual :) ). Wednesday I had to stay after for a History Club meeting. It was boring because we just had our regular club business and then a viewing of the Band of Brothers (which we do every year so I skipped out on). I then had to go with my mom to pick something up at the mall, and then do my homework. Uugh! I hate B days.
Thursday was pretty much the same. I finished my web page in class yesterday!!! I now understand most everything except rational graphs in Algebra !!! Yay!!! I am glad that two days of having Spanish and then Algebra (and working on tough topics in both) is done with! It is just draining. I then had to do all of my homework. I stayed after in Algebra so I got my homework for that class done, but I still have to study for a quiz we are having on Tuesday.
Today was boring. We had a pep rally at the end of the day, so the schedule was switched. We had 1st, 7th, 5th, 3rd. Physics was boring because we had a sub so all we did was watch a video and then do worksheets. I then went to Choir which is fun but at the same time boring because it doesn't require utter concentration, like math or english would. I then went to English. We did an easy warm-up practicing grammar. We then did a vocab drill because we have a vocab quiz on Monday. We then continued on the Crucible. By the way... I hate the Crucible. It is so hard to analyze a play!!! It brings me back to the days of Oedipus last year Uugh.. those aren't good memories. The pep rally was boring. After school I went to the homecoming parade. My mom was giving me grief about not going with a group of friends, but all my friends' parents work. She then said "why didn't you invite them, and I could drop you off?" I said "I never really talked to them this week because I wasn't on the bus in the afternoon!" For dinner tonight we went to Panera. I came home and watched TV. I then decided to update my blog because the past few days are still fresh in my brain.
Oh well... see you tomorrow.
