Frustrating Friday
Hello -
Yesterday was a very frustrating day for me. In my Web Development class I had to incorporate sound into my project but the sound that I had brought in was very choppy, and I had to break it up anyway to go over three scenes. In Spanish, my group didn't communicate as to who was supposed to do what, so we ended up with two people doing the same thing. Algebra was very frustrating because it was the class after the three-lesson class so I didn't know how to do basically anything (and my test is on Tuesday). I stayed after school, per usual, but there were so many people there that my teacher had the review be more like a class (put problems on the board) so I couldn't get one-on-one help. After that I had to do all of my Algebra homework. As you can see, Friday (yesterday) was a very frustrating day.
As I have probably mentioned before, I was supposed to take the SAT this morning. However, the power was not working at the test center (just so happens it's my school). With the generator my room was lit but not everywhere was. As a result, no one could take the test. They made us all sit out in the hallway. When it was time to leave I had to go to the main office to use the phone because I couldn't see to use any of the others, and even then the people there first pointed to the pay phone across the hall. I didn't have any change with me, so they let me use the student phone in the main office. I was simply following the rule of ABSOLUTELY NO CELL PHONES AT THE TEST CENTER(which no one else followed)!
We all have to come back on another day (and I don't know when that day is going to be). I wanted to get it over with, but now I have to wait and get up early on another Saturday!
Okay, I'm done with my rant.
