This has been a busy/dramatic 10 days...
Hi everyone -
So, last weekend was rather interesting. My relatives came on Thursday. We had a nice dinner (bbq meatloaf), and then my cousin came to my house for the night (and all three they were there). Friday morning we got up as usual. Leaving my cousin and I at home, my mom went out to pick up some things for dinner that evening, and as she was driving along and minding her own business some lady turned left in front of her from a side street so it was almost head on. She was/is just fine. Friday evening everyone came up to see us, and we had pork chops. Saturday we went on some errands/shopping to find a picture frame for pictures we had developed for Aunt Louise. That evening we had hot dogs on the grill at the Kerr residence. Sunday we all went to church (I served) and then out to lunch. Everyone then went their separate ways.
We now know officially that there was too much damage to repair the car. My mom is REALLY sad. She loved that car, and they don't make any like that (same model doesn't come with a manual transmission, has differences in the body). That is making her really mad.
This afternoon was very busy in terms of appointments. At three we left early for my orthodontist appointment to pick up some papers at the insurance office. We then just barely got to my orthodontist appointment. That ran long, so then we just barely made it to my hair appointment. I went to my mom's hair stylist because I got long layers. Besides, my senior picture is tomorrow and I wanted to fix the bad cut I got last time I went to Hair Cuttery.
Tomorrow is my senior picture. My appointment is at noon (I'm not too happy about that, but it is a second time 'cause I couldn't make the first). Tomorrow morning I have to get ready for it. I'm not looking foreward to that because I have to paint my nails, etc. etc.
Oh, well, I'll stop rambling...

How come you have to paint your nails for your senior picture? Are your nails going to be in the picture? If so, I guess I'll need to get a big frame!

Just fingernails, and there was a pose where my hands were up by my face.
